Jerome is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against Washington with an illness.
Jerome is under the weather after he played 11 minutes in Sunday's 115-111 loss to the Celtics. Though the 11 minutes represented his least playing time in any of the past 14 games, Jerome's reduction in minutes likely had less to do with him being limited by the illness than it did Caris LeVert getting a bigger workload following a recent multi-game injury-related absence. If Jerome isn't able to play Tuesday, a spot in the rotation could reopen for second-year guard Craig Porter.

Cavaliers' Dean Wade: Could return Tuesday vs. Wiz
Wade (ankle) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against the Wizards, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Evan Dammarell of DownEuclid.com reported Sunday that Wade was expected to be sidelined for Tuesday's contest due to a left ankle sprain. However, Fedor relays that Wade was adamant on playing against the Celtics on Sunday, and he participated in 3-on-3 workouts during Monday's practice session. Wade's return would likely impact playing time for Caris LeVert and Georges Niang.

Cavaliers' Evan Mobley: Struggles with shot
Mobley supplied nine points (4-13 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, four assists, three blocks and one steal in 35 minutes during Sunday's 115-111 victory over Boston.
Apart from a cold night shooting the ball, Mobley filled the box score to the delight of his fantasy managers. Only Donovan Mitchell has been more valuable in Cleveland in nine-category formats, as Mobley is flirting with top-25 value on the season with averages of 17.7 points, 9.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.1 steals and 1.6 blocks.

Cavaliers' Darius Garland: Heating up from beyond arc
Garland racked up 22 points (5-12 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 8-8 FT), five rebounds and eight assists over 32 minutes during Sunday's 115-111 win over the Celtics.
Garland's 22 points were overshadowed a bit by backcourt mate Donovan Mitchell's game-high 35 points on the strength of his second-half heroics in Sunday's narrow win over the defending-champion Celtics, but this display was a major improvement from Garland's 3-for-21 showing from the floor in a loss to Boston on Nov. 19. The 24-year-old star guard has returned to form in his past four outings following that dreadful performance, however, averaging 21.5 points, 6.5 assists, 3.3 rebounds and 3.8 three-pointers in 32.2 minutes per game and shooting a hot 53.6 percent from deep during this period. Garland has a highly favorable matchup Tuesday with the 2-16 Wizards, a club with the worst defensive efficiency rating (117.6) in the NBA this season.

Cavaliers' Donovan Mitchell: Takes over in fourth quarter in win
Mitchell supplied 35 points (12-21 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 5-8 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals in 35 minutes during Sunday's 115-111 victory over the Celtics.
Mitchell came up huge for the Cavaliers in Sunday's narrow win, scoring 20 of his game-high 35 points in the fourth quarter and making each of his six field-goal attempts in the final period. It was a much-needed bounce-back effort for Mitchell, who scored just 12 points in Friday's loss to the Hawks and was shooting just 40.4 percent from the field in his last five games. The star guard would appear to have a good chance of building off Sunday's performance in Tuesday's game at home against the 2-16 Wizards, a team allowing the second-most points per game (123.1) in the league this year.

Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Hauls in 10 rebounds Sunday
Allen posted eight points (4-6 FG, 0-1 FT), 10 rebounds and one steal over 32 minutes during Sunday's 115-111 victory over the Celtics.
Allen matched frontcourt mate Evan Mobley with 10 boards in a tough matchup with Kristaps Porzingis and the Celtics, but Allen was able to post his 12th outing of the year with double-digit rebounds and continue a solid string of play since Nov. 13. Over his last nine games, Allen is shooting a highly efficient 78.1 percent from the floor while averaging 15.1 points, 10.8 rebounds and 1.0 steals in 30.0 minutes per contest. The 26-year-old star big man should continue to provide a high field-goal percentage with strong rebounding and a palatable free-throw percentage for fantasy managers going forward.

Cavaliers' Dean Wade: Won't suit up Tuesday
Wade (ankle), who has already been ruled out of Sunday's game against Boston, will not play in Tuesday's game against Washington, Evan Dammarell of FearTheSword.com reports.
Wade will miss the Cavaliers' next two games due to a left ankle sprain, extending his absence streak to seven outings. With the 28-year-old forward sidelined, Isaac Okoro should remain in the starting five while Georges Niang and Sam Merrill will likely continue to see increased minutes off the bench. Wade's next chance to play will come Thursday against the Nuggets.

Coach Kenny Atkinson said Sunday that Strus (ankle) still doesn't have a return timeline, Evan Dammarell of FearTheSword.com reports.
Strus has yet to play this season after spraining his right ankle during a workout ahead of training camp. Given Atkinson's vague timeline, it would be surprising if Strus made his season debut in December. Isaac Okoro continues to start at small forward in Strus' absence.
