Top Suns News

  • Suns' Mark Williams: Tallies five defensive stats

Williams logged 16 points (5-6 FG, 6-8 FT), eight rebounds, three blocks and two steals over 29 minutes during Monday's 126-117 win over Brooklyn.

Williams fell two rebounds short of a double-double while also matching a season high with five combined steals-plus-blocks. Although his minutes continue to be somewhat underwhelming, the fact that the big man has been able to stay relatively healthy is a win in itself. In 42 regular-season appearances, Williams has averaged 12.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 2.2 combined steals-plus-blocks, which is good enough for top-45 value in standard leagues.

  • Suns' Ryan Dunn: Limited again Monday

Dunn recorded three points (1-2 FG, 1-2 3Pt), one rebound and one assist over 17 minutes during Monday's 126-117 win over Brooklyn.

Dunn continues to play a secondary role off the bench, having logged fewer than 20 minutes in six straight games. Even when he has been afforded starter-level minutes, Dunn has been unable to produce at a standard league level. In his current role, he holds very little value outside of deeper formats.

  • Suns' Collin Gillespie: Delivers full line in win

Gillespie closed with 22 points (7-10 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal over 28 minutes during Monday's 126-117 win over Brooklyn.

Gillespie turned in a balanced performance, scoring at least 20 points for the first time in the past 12 games. It continues what has been a breakout season for Gillespie, who is currently putting up top-50 value in nine-category leagues, averaging 13.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1.4 steals and 2.9 three-pointers. He should be able to hold down a sizable spot in the rotation, even with Jalen Green (hamstring) slated to return as soon as Tuesday.

  • Suns' Jalen Green: Ready for Tuesday return

Green (hamstring), who has been ruled out for Monday's game in Brooklyn, will play Tuesday against the 76ers, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.

Green is ready for just his third appearance of the 2025-26 campaign after putting a right hamstring strain behind him. He figures to be on a minutes limit in his first game back considering he hasn't played in a game since Nov. 8 and will presumably need at least a few games to get his legs under him before the Suns hand him a full workload. Grayson Allen figures to lose out on playing time as Green begins to ramp back up.

  • Suns' Jalen Green: Remaining out Monday

Green (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Nets.

Green hasn't played since Nov. 8 due to a right hamstring strain and will remain on the shelf Monday. However, the 23-year-old guard was upgraded to questionable for the first time since picking up the injury, and he appears to be close to a return to action. His next opportunity to play will come Tuesday against Philadelphia.

  • Suns' Devin Booker: Good to go Monday

Booker (ankle) will play Monday against Brooklyn.

Booker carried a questionable tag into Monday, but some lingering ankle soreness won't be enough to hold him out. The star guard hasn't been shooting the basketball all that well of late, hitting from the field at a clip of 37.8 percent over his last four appearances, but he's still averaging 24.8 points per game during this stretch.

  • Suns' Jamaree Bouyea: Upgraded to available

Bouyea (concussion) is available for Monday's game against the Nets.

Bouyea is cleared to play after missing Phoenix's last seven games with a concussion. Collin Gillespie and Jordan Goodwin could see a slight decrease in minutes in the backcourt Monday, though that may hinge upon the availability of both Devin Booker (ankle) and Jalen Green (hamstring).

  • Suns' Jamaree Bouyea: Iffy for Monday

Bouyea (concussion) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Nets.

Bouyea is in danger of missing his eighth straight outing due to a concussion. Even if the two-way player is cleared to play, he isn't guaranteed to see significant minutes.

  • Suns' Jalen Green: Chance to return Monday

Green (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Nets.

Green hasn't played since Nov. 8 due to a right hamstring strain but could return to the lineup Monday. The 23-year-old guard has participated in 5-on-5 work recently, and he appears to be nearing a return even if he isn't cleared to play against Brooklyn. While the fifth-year pro will likely operate under a minutes restriction whenever he comes back, his eventual return would leave fewer minutes available for the likes of Jordan Goodwin, Collin Gillespie and Grayson Allen.

  • Suns' Devin Booker: Added to injury report

Booker is questionable for Monday's game against the Nets due to left ankle soreness.

Booker looked sharp Saturday after missing one game with an ankle issue, but he's clearly not yet back at 100 percent. The team should have additional clarification on his availability as tipoff nears.

  • Suns' Dillon Brooks: Struggles with shot in win

Brooks totaled five points (2-13 FG, 1-7 3Pt), six rebounds, one assist and one block across 29 minutes during Saturday's 106-99 victory over the Knicks.

Brooks couldn't get anything going in this one with OG Anunoby draped all over him for most of the game. Brooks has been in a funk over the past two games, shooting 6-for-29 from the floor during that span, but he'll look to get things back on track with a favorable matchup against the Nets on Monday.

  • Suns' Devin Booker: Scores 27 points in win

Booker logged 27 points (7-18 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 12-14 FT), four rebounds, four assists and one steal over 38 minutes during Saturday's 106-99 victory over the Knicks.

Booker was in attack mode from the jump in this one, and he did a fantastic job of constantly putting pressure on the Knicks, creating contact and getting easy buckets at the charity stripe. He did appear to tweak his ankle late in the game, and while he was able to play through it, it wouldn't be shocking to see Booker pop up on the injury report ahead of Monday's game in Brooklyn, which will be the first of a back-to-back set. Managers can assume no news is good news on that front.

  • Suns' Grayson Allen: Headed to bench

Allen will come off the bench for Saturday's game in New York.

Devin Booker is back and starting after sitting out Thursday's loss to the Pistons, which will result in Allen heading back to the second unit. As a reserve this season, Allen has posted averages of 13.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 3.0 triples and 1.6 steals per contest.

  • Suns' Devin Booker: Available to play

Booker (ankle) is available for Saturday's game in New York, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports.

Booker is back after a one-game stint on the sidelines, so he should see his usual minutes Saturday. His return could result in Grayson Allen heading back to the second unit, and Collin Gillespie's usage rate may dip.

  • Suns' Devin Booker: Present at shootaround

Booker (ankle) participated in Saturday morning's shootaround, Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic reports.

Booker remains questionable for Saturday's game against the Knicks due to a left ankle sprain, which prevented him from playing in Thursday's loss to the Pistons. Grayson Allen would likely remain in the Suns' starting lineup if Booker is not cleared to return.
