Crowder (hamstring) is listed as active for Sunday night's wild-card round game against the Buccaneers.
After being limited at practice this past week, Crowder headed into the Commanders' postseason opener listed as questionable. With his active status confirmed, Crowder will bolster the team's depth at wideout and provide a punt return option. However, apart from a 2/15/2 receiving line in Week 16 versus Philadelphia, Crowder's fantasy impact has been modest. Overall, the 31-year-old has recorded nine catches for 72 yards and two TDs on 13 targets in six games.

Commanders' Jamison Crowder: Listed as questionable
Crowder (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Tampa Bay, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
Crowder was a limited practice participant Wednesday through Friday, after playing 20 snaps without drawing a target in the Commanders' 23-19 win over Dallas in Week 18. He'll likely work as Washington's fourth or fifth WR if he ends up playing, as he's been stuck behind Terry McLaurin, Olamide Zaccheaus and Dyami Brown. The bigger concern for Washington might be punt returns -- a job Zaccheaus handled for much of the season until Crowder returned from injured reserve for the last three games.

Crowder has kicked off preparation for the wild-card round with back-to-back capped practices due to a groin injury, leaving him just one more chance to get back to full participation Friday or else risk entering the weekend with a designation ahead Sunday's game at Tampa Bay. The 31-year-old wideout came into the game as a little-used depth option who had just a 4-32-0 line on four targets in three 2024 appearances, but after catching a six-yard TD strike from Jayden Daniels in the first quarter for the Commanders' first points, Crowder played hero by grabbing their last score as well -- a nine-yard toss from Daniels with just six seconds left in the fourth quarter. Crowder has seen his role grow the last two weeks, and it could increase further in Week 17 against the Falcons after Dyami Brown (hamstring) exited Sunday's win.

Crowder (calf) played 21 of the Commanders' 78 snaps on offense and recorded three receptions for 27 yards on three targets in Sunday's 20-19 win over the Saints.
Crowder made his return from injured reserve in Week 15, after he had missed the Commanders' previous 10 games with a calf injury. Prior to getting hurt, Crowder didn't have much of a role on offense over Washington's first two games of the season, but the loss of Noah Brown (kidney) opened up some opportunities in the slot for the veteran. However, he was designated to return from IR earlier this week and has already turned in a full practice, which could give Crowder a chance at making it back for the Commanders' Week 15 game against the Saints. Per JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington, head coach Dan Quinn noted Wednesday that the Commanders still have "time and space" to add Crowder back to the 53-man roster, but whenever the 31-year-old is activated, he'll offer an experienced option at slot receiver in addition to providing help in the return game.
