Eagles' Parris Campbell: Gets promotion for wild-card game
The Eagles elevated Campbell from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday, Andrew DiCecco of InsideTheBirds.com reports.
Campbell rode a bit of a roller coaster with Philadelphia during the regular season, as he was signed to the active roster and then cut on multiple occasions. He also spent much of the campaign on the team's practice squad. Campbell totaled six catches on eight targets for 30 yards and a touchdown when he did serve on the active roster. The speedy wideout will likely be sixth on the Eagles' receiver depth chart in Sunday's wild-card matchup versus Green Bay.

Parris Campbell: Returns to Philadelphia
Campbell signed with the Eagles' practice squad Wednesday.
Campbell was waived by the Eagles on Monday just a couple of days after signing with the active roster and suiting up for Sunday's win over the Ravens. With Philadelphia dealing with multiple injuries in their receiving corps, the Ohio State product could find himself on the active roster for Sunday's game against the Panthers.

The Eagles waived Campbell on Monday.
The Ohio State product joined Philadelphia's active roster ahead of the Week 13 win over the Ravens, ensuring depth at wide receiver with DeVonta Smith (hamstring) missing his second consecutive game. Campbell played 27 offensive snaps and failed to catch his only target Sunday. If he clears waivers, he'll likely return to the Eagles' practice squad.

Eagles' Parris Campbell: Signs with active roster
The Eagles signed Campbell from their practice squad to their 53-man roster Saturday.
Campbell had previously been signed to the active roster Oct. 12, but he was cut 10 days later. He's also had three practice-squad elevations this season, so he's gotten into four total games, catching six of seven targets for 30 yards and a touchdown. Campbell could see some work on offense Sunday versus Baltimore due to Johnny Wilson (hamstring) being out of action, especially if DeVonta Smith (hamstring) also misses the contest.
