Falcons' Feleipe Franks: Returns to Atlanta
Franks signed a one-year deal with the Falcons on Thursday, Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports reports.
The tight end caught one pass for 12 yards in 16 games with the Panthers in 2024, playing more on special teams (302 snaps) than offense (44 snaps). Franks spent 2023 on the Falcons' injured reserve list with an undisclosed issue but suited up for 20 combined games with the team the previous two seasons. He did not record a catch in either campaign.

Falcons' Jamal Agnew: Signs with Atlanta
Agnew signed a one-year deal worth up to $2.5 million with the Falcons on Thursday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
The returner and wide receiver spent time on Pittsburgh's practice squad last year after breaking his leg late in the 2023 campaign with Jacksonville. Agnew's career high for catches is just 24, recorded when he was with the Jaguars in 2021, but he does have six career return touchdowns on punts and kickoffs. The 2017 fifth-round pick of the Lions should have a chance to earn that type of role with the Falcons in 2025.

Falcons' Jordan Fuller: Joins Atlanta
Fuller agreed to a one-year contract with the Falcons on Wednesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
The 27-year-old safety will remain in the NFC South after spending his 2024 campaign with the Panthers. Fuller struggled with injuries last season, appearing in just nine games due to a hamstring injury. However, he played 1,007 defensive snaps across 17 games with the Rams in 2023, logging 94 total tackles, three interceptions and three forced fumbles. Fuller is now expected to start alongside Jessie Bates in the Atlanta secondary.

Falcons' Ta'Quon Graham: Back with Atlanta
The Falcons re-signed Graham (pectoral) to a one-year deal Monday, Terrin Waack of the team's official site reports.
Graham missed the final seven games of the Falcons' 2024 campaign due to a pectoral injury, but his re-signing Monday suggests he's now recovered from the issue. The 26-year-old from Texas has served as one of Atlanta's top rotational defensive ends since entering the league in 2021, having recorded 84 total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and one forced fumble over 39 appearances. With Graham staying in Atlanta, he's expected to play a similar role in 2025.
