49ers' Yetur Gross-Matos: Logs full practice Wednesday
Gross-Matos (knee) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
Wednesday was Gross-Matos' first full practice since his 21-day practice window to return from injured reserve opened Nov. 6. If he's able to practice without limitations over the next two days, he could be activated off IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

49ers' Renardo Green: Full practice participant Wednesday
Green (toe) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice.
Green is considered day-to-day due to a toe injury he sustained in this past Sunday's 23-20 win over the Buccaneers. Wednesday's full practice doesn't mean the rookie second-round pick is 100 percent over the issue, but if he's able to practice in full over the next two days, then he'll have no concerns heading into Sunday's game against the Seahawks. Green has logged 20 tackles (12 solo), four pass defenses (including one interception) and one forced fumble over nine regular-season games.

49ers' Charvarius Ward: Doesn't practice Wednesday
Ward (personal) was listed as a DNP on Wednesday.
Ward remains away from the team due to a serious personal matter, and it's unclear whether he'll return for Week 11 against the Seahawks. If Ward is sidelined for Sunday's game, Renardo Green would likely start at corner for a second straight game alongside Isaac Yiadom.

49ers' Chris Conley: Limited to open week
Conley (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Conley injured his hamstring in Week 8 against Dallas, and even with San Francisco on a bye for Week 9, the injury was severe enough for him to be sidelined this past Sunday against Tampa Bay. He was unable to practice all of last week, so his ability to participate in a limited capacity Wednesday indicates that he's trending in the right direction. Conley will have two more chances this week to increase his practice participation ahead of Sunday's game against Seattle.

49ers' Kyle Juszczyk: No carries, targets in Week 10
Juszczyk went without a carry or target while playing 25 of the 49ers' 64 offensive snaps in Sunday's 23-20 win over the Buccaneers.
With tailback Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) making his season debut in Week 10, the 49ers didn't waste any touches on Juszczyk, who had carried the ball three times for 21 yards and a touchdown to go with four receptions for 16 yards on eight targets across the previous three contests. While Juszczyk should continue to have a regular role on offense every week, he'll be deployed primarily as a blocker and only occasionally as a route runner whenever he's on the field.

49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Will be limited Wednesday
Head coach Kyle Shanahan said McCaffrey (Achilles) will be a limited practice participant Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
In his season debut this past Sunday at Tampa Bay, McCaffrey couldn't get much going on the ground (13 carries for 39 yards) but made up for it in the passing game, hauling in six of seven targets for 68 yards. The snap share he took on in Week 10 (88 percent) indicates he's able to handle a full workload, as he ceded just two carries (for five yards) to reserve backs Jordan Mason and Isaac Guerendo. McCaffrey's capped session Wednesday may be his reality for the foreseeable future, but he doesn't appear to be in any danger of missing Sunday's contest against the Seahawks.

49ers' George Kittle: Not 'much concern' for Sunday
Coach Kyle Shanahan said that there "isn't much concern" about Kittle's status for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, despite the tight end not practicing Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Kittle has tended to a variety of health concerns this season, including hamstring, rib and foot issues. The current injury has been termed hamstring irritation by Shanahan, but there's an expectation that Kittle will take part in drills Thursday. Kittle's ensuing activity level thus will be of interest as the 49ers continue Week 11 prep.

49ers' George Kittle: Not practicing Wednesday
Coach Kyle Shanahan said Kittle (hamstring) won't practice Wednesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Shanahan relayed Monday that Kittle was dealing with hamstring irritation, which will keep him out of the first session of the week. Kittle has gutted through hamstring, rib and foot injuries this season, missing only one game (Week 3) as a result, but it's unclear if he may be in danger of another DNP in Week 11. His activity level, or lack thereof, Thursday and Friday likely will provide some insight into his odds to play Sunday against the Seahawks.

49ers' Nick Bosa: Won't practice Wednesday
Bosa (hip) will not practice Wednesday, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Bosa played through his hip issue in the 49ers' Week 10 win over the Buccaneers and recorded four total tackles, including 1.0 sacks, across 49 defensive snaps. Wednesday's DNP is likely precautionary, but the All-Pro defensive end could be in jeopardy of missing Sunday's matchup against the Seahawks if he can't upgrade to at least limited participation either Thursday or Friday.

49ers' Malik Mustapha: Seven tackles vs. Tampa Bay
Mustapha finished Sunday's 23-20 win over the Buccaneers with seven tackles (two solo).
Mustapha was questionable to play Sunday due to a calf issue that limited him in practice. However, that didn't appear to bother the rookie fourth-round pick, as he played every single defensive snap for the third time this season and tied De'Vondre Campbell and Deommodore Lenoir for second-most tackles behind Fred Warner (nine). Through the first nine games of the regular season, Mustapha has logged 37 tackles (15 solo) and four pass defenses (including one interception).

49ers' Deommodore Lenoir: Reaches five-year extension
Lenoir and the 49ers agreed to a five-year, $92 million extension Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Lenoir was in the final year of his rookie contract and was set to enter free agency in 2025, but the extension Tuesday ensures he will be part of San Francisco's long-term plans. Taken in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Lenoir has been a key piece to the 49ers' secondary and entered the regular season off the heels of a career year in 2023, during which he registered 84 tackles (58 solo) and 10 pass defenses (including three interceptions) over 17 regular-season games. Through the first nine regular-season games of 2024, Lenoir has accumulated 53 tackles (33 solo), one forced fumble and six pass defenses (including two picks).
