Flyers' Rasmus Ristolainen: Finds twine in big win
Ristolainen scored a goal in Tuesday's 6-1 win over the Penguins.
Ristolainen has three points over his last two games. That's fantastic production, but it is unlikely to last in the long run, as the 30-year-old defenseman will likely have to put some focus on defense again. He's having a reliable campaign, earning four goals, 14 assists, 86 hits, 86 blocked shots, 78 shots on net and a plus-5 rating across 56 appearances. He's also been involved on the power play lately, giving him a bit more appeal in fantasy.

Flyers' Rasmus Ristolainen: Two points in return from injury
Ristolainen had a goal and an assist Saturday in a 6-3 win over Edmonton.
He scored an empty-net goal, and his helper came on the power play. Ristolainen hadn't played since Feb. 2, missing three games before the 4 Nations Face-Off break due to injury. He is mostly a depth option in specialty leagues because his 17 points in 55 games aren't noteworthy, but his 85 hits and 85 blocks could help in deeper formats.

Flyers' Rasmus Ristolainen: Won't play Tuesday
Ristolainen (upper body) will not be in action versus Utah on Tuesday, Charlie O'Connor of PHLY Sports reports.
At this point, Ristolainen has to be considered questionable at best ahead of Thursday's matchup with Washington. The blueliner has scored just once in his last 46 appearances while also recording a meager two assists in his previous six outings. While the Finn should be capable of reaching the 20-point threshold this year, it seems the days of Ristolainen being a 40-point producer are long gone.

Flyers' Rasmus Ristolainen: Scores game-winning goal Tuesday
Ristolainen scored a goal while adding four shots and a hit in Tuesday's 2-1 overtime win over the Red Wings.
Ristolainen found the back of the net for the first time since Oct. 26, when he recorded a goal and an assist in a 7-5 win over Minnesota. It was a goal in a huge moment, though, as it gave the Flyers the win with only 26 seconds left in overtime. The blueliner isn't much of a contributor on offense since he's notched only 13 points (two goals, 11 helpers) in his 48 regular-season appearances, so his fantasy value is mainly limited to formats that reward physicality stats such as hits (78) and blocked shots (74).
