Strome notched three assists, one on the power play, in Monday's 3-2 overtime win over the Canadiens in Game 1 of their first-round series.
After Strome delivered a career-best campaign centering Alex Ovechkin, the duo maintained their chemistry to kick off the postseason. Strome was red hot to close out the regular season, and he doesn't seem intent on slowing down any time soon -- through 10 contests in April, he's produced six goals and 15 points, including three goals and eight points on the power play.

Capitals' Dylan Strome: Sends power-play assist
Strome logged a power-play assist in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Penguins.
Strome ends the regular season as a point-per-game player for the first time in his career. He achieved that milestone in what's become a familiar way -- he set up Alex Ovechkin's power-play tally in the second period. The 28-year-old Strome played in all 82 games for the second year in a row, earning 29 goals, 53 assists, 34 power-play points, 149 shots on net, 54 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating. He'll remain a key part of the Capitals' offense in the playoffs.

Strome scored all three goals in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Islanders.
Strome tallied in each period, scoring on the power play in the first, at even strength in the second and into an empty net in the third. With the hat trick, Strome set a career high in goals (29) while also crossing the 80-point mark for the first time. Strome scored a power-play goal and tallied three shots on net in Thursday's 5-4 shootout win over the Hurricanes.
Strome lit the lamp for Washington's second power-play goal of the night and the team's first tally of the second period. Overall, the 28-year-old center has 26 goals, 77 points and 137 shots on net in 78 appearances this season. With Thursday's tally, Strome extended his point streak to six games in which he has three markers and six helpers in that span. Strome is paying dividends for fantasy managers who took the top-line center at the start of the season. He is currently tied for 25th in points with Tampa Bay's Jake Guentzel. With a few games left in the regular season, Strome has a chance to reach the 80-point mark for the first time in his career. He has excellent value in all fantasy formats for the remainder of this year's action.

Strome had the secondary helper on Alex Ovechkin's record-breaking 895th career goal.
