Wild's Travis Dermott: Filling in on banged-up blue line
Dermott has played in five of the last six games after suiting up in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Dermott barely got any action with the Oilers before they waived him in December. He looked to be set for a similar part-time role with the Wild, but injuries to Jonas Brodin (lower body), Brock Faber (upper body) and Jared Spurgeon (lower body) have allowed Dermott to get more regularly playing time, at least on a short-term basis. Overall, Dermott has yet to record a point through 17 appearances this season while adding six hits, 16 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating.

Wild's Zach Bogosian: Sends helper in defeat
Bogosian logged an assist and four PIM in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Bogosian has two goals and two assists over his last six outings. The 34-year-old continues to rise to the occasion as the Wild deal with a brutal sequence of injuries on the blue line. Overall, Bogosian has 10 points, 51 shots on net, 51 blocked shots, 49 hits, 27 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 44 appearances. Offense isn't usually a priority for Bogosian, and he'll likely return to fantasy obscurity once one of Jonas Brodin (lower body), Brock Faber (upper body) or Jared Spurgeon (lower body) can return.

Wild's Ryan Hartman: Nets lone goal in loss
Hartman scored a goal on four shots in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Hartman tallied at 12:09 of the first period, but that goal was all the Wild could put past Adin Hill. The 30-year-old Hartman has earned two goals and four assists over his last seven contests. He's playing on the second line, and now that he has a little momentum, he could work his way back into consideration for fantasy. The winger is at six goals, seven assists, 91 shots on net, 45 hits, 30 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 39 appearances, though he's had some time in the bottom six this season as well.

Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Yields four goals in loss
Gustavsson stopped 33 of 37 shots in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
Gustavsson has not risen to the occasion in his last two starts, allowing a total of 10 goals on 64 shots to the Avalanche and Golden Knights. The 26-year-old netminder has seen a starter's workload when healthy this season, so it's possible he may just need a little extra rest to get on track, and that could happen with Marc-Andre Fleury playing well lately. Gustavsson is down to 18-8-3 with a 2.50 GAA and a .917 save percentage through 30 starts. The Wild have another tough matchup next on the schedule, as they host the Oilers on Wednesday.

Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Slated to start against Vegas
Gustavsson is expected to start Sunday's road matchup against the Golden Knights, Wild radio broadcaster Joe O'Donnell reports.
Gustavsson got the night off Saturday against San Jose, but he'll unsurprisingly return to the net for the second half of the back-to-back set. The 26-year-old has been inconsistent over three appearances this month, going 1-1-0 with a 4.16 GAA and .848 save percentage, and he could have some difficulty against the Golden Knights, who are tied for fourth in the NHL with 3.40 goals per game.

Wild's Declan Chisholm: Garners helper in win
Chisholm logged an assist in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sharks.
Chisholm poked a puck loose, and Mats Zuccarello picked up the loose change before firing it long-distance into the net while Yaroslav Askarov was on his way to the bench for an extra attacker. The helper snapped a four-game slump for Chisholm. He's been asked to fill a larger role, including a spot on the power play, while the Wild are without their three best blueliners in Brock Faber (upper body), Jared Spurgeon (lower body) and Jonas Brodin (lower body). For the season, Chisholm has 11 points, 43 shots on net, 34 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 37 appearances. He's often been in a bottom-four role, but he's worth streaming in deeper formats due to his improved spot in the lineup for the time being.

Wild's Marco Rossi: Tallies opening goal
Rossi scored a goal on three shots and went plus-3 in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sharks.
Rossi was held off the scoresheet in the Wild's previous two contests following a four-assist game last Saturday against the Hurricanes. The 23-year-old center got his offense going again with a goal 5:51 into this game. He's up to 16 tallies, 38 points, 79 shots on net, 29 hits, 22 blocked shots and a plus-17 rating through 43 appearances while steadily featuring in a top-six role this season.

Wild's Matt Boldy: One of each in Saturday's win
Boldy scored a goal on four shots, dished an assist and went plus-3 in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sharks.
It was another dominant performance from the Wild's top line. Boldy set up Marco Rossi's opening tally in the first period before scoring the game-winner early in the second stanza. With six points and a plus-3 rating over his last four outings, Boldy has stepped up in the top-line spot due to the absence of Kirill Kaprizov (lower body). Boldy's increased role has aided him in recording at least four shots on net in seven straight contests. His improved results come after a fairly quiet December. For the season, the 23-year-old winger has 16 goals, 21 assists, 147 shots, 31 blocked shots, 25 hits, 33 PIM and a plus-5 rating over 43 appearances.

Wild's Mats Zuccarello: Racks up three more points
Zuccarello scored a goal, dished two assists, blocked two shots and went plus-3 in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sharks.
Zuccarello set up linemates Marco Rossi and Matt Boldy for the Wild's first two goals. Late in the third period, Zuccarello scored after Yaroslav Askarov was slow getting to the bench for the extra attacker -- it wasn't officially an empty-netter because the goalie was still on the ice when Zuccarello scored. The winger has three goals and five assists over his last four contests, and that's without Kirill Kaprizov (lower body) in the lineup. Zuccarello is up to a fantastic 11 goals, 19 helpers, 60 shots on net and a plus-9 rating through 30 appearances this season.

Wild's Marc-Andre Fleury: Stellar in win
Fleury stopped 36 of 37 shots in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sharks.
Fleury had been battling an illness earlier in the week, but he was able to handle the goaltending duties for the first half of a back-to-back. The Sharks actually put forth a pretty good effort, but Fleury was up to the task, allowing just a William Eklund tally in the second period. This was Fleury's third straight win, and he's allowed just four goals on 83 shots in that span, which includes one relief appearance. He's now 9-3-1 with a 2.54 GAA and a .910 save percentage through 14 appearances. Filip Gustavsson is likely to start Sunday in Vegas, but he's been struggling lately, which could open the door for Fleury to see a larger share of starts if those struggles persist.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Return date unclear
Kaprizov (lower body) doesn't have a timeline for his return to the lineup, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports Saturday.
Kaprizov will miss his eighth straight game versus San Jose on Saturday and won't return against Vegas on Sunday. He could miss additional time afterward, but he has been skating and engaging in regular workouts off the ice to progress his recovery. Kaprizov has amassed 23 goals and 50 points across 34 appearances this season. Matt Boldy has been playing on the top line during Kaprizov's absence.

Wild's Marc-Andre Fleury: Expected to start Saturday
Fleury is set to start in Saturday's road tilt against San Jose, according to Joe Smith of The Athletic.
Fleury has won his previous two appearances while stopping 43 of 46 shots (.935 save percentage). He's 8-3-1 with a 2.67 GAA and a .903 save percentage in 13 outings in 2024-25. San Jose ranks 28th in goals per game with 2.57.

Wild's Brock Faber: Not on road trip
Faber (upper body) will not travel with the Wild on their two-game weekend road trip to Vegas and San Jose on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, according to Joe Smith of The Athletic.
Faber sat out Thursday's tilt with Colorado after he was injured Tuesday against the Blues. The Wild's top blueliner, Faber has five goals, 15 assists and 54 blocked shots in 41 contests this season. He could return as early as Wednesday when the Wild host Edmonton.

Wild's Kirill Kaprizov: Remaining in Minnesota
Kaprizov (lower body) stayed home when the Wild left for a two-game road trip against the Sharks and Knights on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
Kaprizov has been making strides in his recovery but will have to wait at least two more games before getting back into the lineup. As a result, the 27-year-old Russian will have been sidelined for at least nine games due to his lower-body issue. Even with his absence, Kaprizov could still top the 100-point mark this year after coming up just four points shy during the 2023-24 campaign.

Wild's Jonas Brodin: Staying back home
Brodin (lower body) did not travel with the WIld for their two-game road trip against San Jose and Vegas on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.
Brodin will have missed three games by the time Minnesota returns home, which could make him a candidate for IR if the team needs an extra roster spot. Prior to getting hurt, the 31-year-old defenseman was rolling offensively with seven points in his last seven outings, including a four-game point streak. With Brock Faber (upper body) also staying back in Minnesota, the Wild will be forced to utilize both Travis Dermott and David Jiricek.

Wild's Yakov Trenin: Slings helper in loss
Trenin provided an assist, four hits and two PIM in Thursday's 6-1 loss to the Avalanche.
Trenin helped out on Zach Bogosian's tally late in the first period. With four points over eight games since he returned from an upper-body injury, Trenin is in one of his best stretches of the season, but that's not saying much for his offense. He has just seven points with 33 shots on net, 18 PIM, a plus-6 rating and 109 hits over 37 outings overall.
